Registration form 2022-2023 for classes in person or private lesson at home

If you are new to our school and you want to enrol your child, please contact our Director, Loura or call 908-626-0608 direct.

On receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation email. Please save this email. Within this email will be a link to your online registration form. At anytime in the future you can click on this link and make any changes you wish to your details and then resubmit your form details.

If your child(ren) were previously registered (using the old form prior to oct 2013), enter only the name of the child, the group for the coming school year and the required fields (fields with a red asterisk *). If changes have occurred in data such as address, phone numbers etc, please fill in these fields again
