We offer two ways to learn the Dutch language online: in small groups and in one-to-one lessons.
Learn in small groups
In these curious times of the Covid-19 virus, it is not "just normal" to return to school. Many parents choose for distance learning but want to retain the social aspect of learning with other students in a group. To fulfil this need, our small-scale online group learning is ideal. Small-scale means that there are at least 3 students in a group and the group will remain small. 't Klokhuis offers small-scale online lessons to students aged 3 to 18 and adults.
Small-scale education at 't Klokhuis
• The group has weekly lessons through Zoom in a small group throughout the school year
• Lessons are led by an experienced teacher
• Independent assessment method is part of small-scale education
• Quality of education
• Smooth intake in Dutch-language education upon possible return to the Netherlands or Belgium
• 't Klokhuis is supervised by the Dutch Education Inspectorate
One-to-one learning
If you live in the United States but far from a Dutch Language and Culture school, or your child is busy with after-school activities, and needs extra guidance for whatever reason, then one-to-one Online Education is the solution. 't Klokhuis offers flexibility and we always try to ensure that our lessons match the daytime education of the students as closely as possible - of course always in consultation with the parents. 't Klokhuis offers One-to-One Education to students aged 3 to 18 with a Dutch-language basis.
One-to-one education at 't Klokhuis
• The student has weekly lessons throughout the school year via Zoom / Skype and thereby builds a good relationship with the teacher. Far away yet very close.
• Lessons are led by an experienced teacher
• Method independent tests are part of the one-to-one education
• Quality education
• Smooth intake in Dutch-language education upon possible return to the Netherlands or Belgium
• 't Klokhuis is supervised by the Dutch Education Inspectorate
